Each SmartKage session is reserved for specifically for you through us and the host facility. Please provide at least 24 hour notice of cancellation to receive full credit for a future test. With timely notification, you may reschedule your SmartKage session within one calendar year. Failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation may result in a forfeiture of your test fee.
