Cancellation Policy

Each SmartKage session is reserved for specifically for you through us and the host facility. Please provide at least 24 hour notice of cancellation to receive full credit for a future test. With timely notification, you may reschedule your SmartKage session within one calendar year. Failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation may result in a forfeiture of your test fee. SmartKage issues credit only, and no refunds. For emergencies only, please contact Smartkage Customer Support by emailing support@smartkage.com.
